From 20 to 24 September, the eighth edition of this campaign organised by the CENIEH will take place, with the collaboration of the "la Caixa" Foundation and the Caja de Burgos Foundation, as well as the FECYT, with the aim of continuing to expand its collection of milk teeth for paleoanthropological and forensic research.
The CENIEH Dental Anthropology Group publishes an article in the American Journal of Physical Anthropology on this reference collection which, thanks to donations from all over Spain, has nearly 3,000 milk teeth for palaeoanthropological and forensic research.
From 6 to 26 November, the seventh edition of this campaign organised by the CENIEH, with the collaboration of the "la Caixa" Foundation and the Caja de Burgos Foundation, will begin with the aim of expanding its collection of milk teeth for research in the paleoanthropological and forensic fields.
Andalusia, Asturias, Balearic Islands, Cantabria, Castilla y León, Catalonia, Extremadura, Galicia and Madrid will help the CENIEH to continue creating the most important collection of dental pieces for research in the world, thanks to the collaboration of the public.
